As always Amazon provided exceptional service and delivery. The Dept.56 Flatiron Building arrived within a few days after ordering and in pristine condition. As a former Dept.56 Gold Key Dealer for over 20 years I've had a lot of experience with "tiny breaks and flaws" that can occur in the shipping process. Good price great service and speedy shipping. I can always depend on the ease of shopping at Amazon.com.
